By accessing and using selfhost-supabase.com (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.
The Service provides automated configuration generation for self-hosted Supabase deployments. The Service builds upon official Supabase Docker images and configurations, providing a configuration layer to simplify deployment setup.
Generated configurations include Docker Compose files, environment configurations, deployment scripts, and related tooling based on user-specified requirements. Configurations are created following established industry best practices and security standards.
The Service operates on a credit-based payment system. Users purchase credits which are consumed to generate configuration packages tailored to their specifications.
3.1 License Grant. Subject to compliance with these Terms, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated configurations for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
3.2 Permitted Uses. Users may deploy and use generated configurations in their own projects, products, or services, whether for personal, commercial, or enterprise purposes.

4.1 Quality Commitment. The Service provider maintains and updates configuration templates to reflect industry best practices and incorporates security improvements based on official Supabase documentation and established deployment standards.
4.2 Service Scope. The Service generates configurations based on third-party software components including, but not limited to, Supabase Docker images, PostgreSQL, and related dependencies. The Service provider does not warrant against defects, vulnerabilities, or issues inherent in these underlying third-party components.
4.3 Environmental Variables. User deployment environments vary in infrastructure, network configuration, security policies, and operational practices. The Service cannot guarantee compatibility with all possible deployment scenarios or predict issues specific to individual user environments.
4.4 Shared Security Responsibility. While configurations are generated following security best practices, users retain responsibility for: (a) reviewing and validating configurations before deployment; (b) maintaining security practices within their deployment environment; (c) applying updates and patches to underlying software components; and (d) monitoring and securing their infrastructure.
4.5 Pre-Deployment Testing. Users shall review, test, and validate all generated configurations in a non-production environment before production deployment. Qualified technical personnel should verify that configurations meet user-specific security and operational requirements.
4.6 AS-IS Provision. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Service provider does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
5.1 Technical Support. The Service provider will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist users experiencing configuration-related technical issues. Users may contact support at support@selfhost-supabase.com for assistance.
5.2 Liability Exclusions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service provider shall not be liable for:
5.3 Maximum Liability. The Service provider's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific configuration package giving rise to the claim.
5.4 Essential Purpose. The limitations set forth in this Section 5 shall apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
6.1 Payment Processing. Credits are purchased through a third-party payment processor. All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions.
6.2 Digital Goods. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate delivery of configuration packages upon generation, all sales are final except as provided in Section 6.4.
6.3 Non-Redeemable Credits. Credits are non-redeemable and cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary value. Partial credit refunds are not available; users cannot request cash refunds for unused portions of purchased credit packages.
6.4 Refund Eligibility. Full refunds may be issued at the Service provider's sole discretion in cases of: (a) technical failures preventing successful configuration generation; (b) material errors in generated output that cannot be resolved through support; or (c) as otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to support@selfhost-supabase.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6.5 Credit Expiration and Pricing. Purchased credits do not expire. The Service provider reserves the right to modify pricing or credit requirements upon thirty (30) days' notice to users.
7.1 Accurate Information. Users shall provide accurate and complete information when configuring and generating deployment packages.
7.2 Account Security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
7.3 Configuration Review. Users shall review and test all generated configurations in a non-production environment before deploying to production systems.
7.4 Credential Management. Users shall maintain the security of all sensitive credentials including API keys, passwords, tokens, and secrets generated or used in configurations.
7.5 Maintenance Obligations. Users are responsible for maintaining, updating, and patching underlying software components including Docker images, PostgreSQL, and related dependencies deployed in their environment.
7.6 Compliance. Users shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service in their use of the Service and deployment of generated configurations.
We collect minimal information necessary to provide the Service. Configuration data you provide may be stored temporarily to generate your packages. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Generated configurations containing your credentials are delivered to you and deleted from our systems after a reasonable period.
This Service is not officially affiliated with Supabase Inc. Supabase is a registered trademark of Supabase Inc. We are an independent service providing configuration tools for self-hosted Supabase deployments.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
